Section 1 – Introduction.

1.2 Scope. This Privacy Policy applies only to information we collect through electronic or digital means, including our website www.rabbitholepictures.com, our mobile website, our mobile application, our social media pages (which shall include but is not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.), and other electronic and digital means of communication that we control and that contain a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively referred to herein as our “Digital Platforms”).
Unless disclosed otherwise, our affiliated sites are governed by this Privacy Policy.
Our Digital Platforms may contain links to third party sites that are not owned or controlled by Rabbit Hole Pictures. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the practices of such other sites and you acknowledge the same. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of each and every website that you visit.
This Privacy Policy governs your privacy rights. We recommend reading this Privacy Policy in its entirety. By using our Digital Platforms, you consent to this Privacy Policy (and any subsequent amendments).
Section 2 – Information We Collect.
2.1 Information Provided by You. You can provide us information through various means using our Digital Platforms. We collect personal information, which identifies you as an individual. The information we collect may include the following: name, address, telephone number(s), email address(es), date of birth, credit, debit or other payment account number and social media account identification.
2.2 Information We Automatically Collect from You. We collect certain information automatically as you use our Digital Platforms, including your Internet Protocol address, browser type, computer type, type of mobile device, mobile carrier, computer operating system, the site from where you navigated to our Digital Platforms, the time and date of using the Digital Platforms, whether you are a repeat visitor, how long you use the Digital Platforms and the pages that you view.
2.3 Cookies. When you visit or use our Digital Platforms we send one or more “cookies” to your computer or other device. A cookie allows that site to recognize your browser. 2.4 Pixel Tags. We may use “pixel tags,” which are small graphic files that allow us to monitor the use of our websites. A pixel tag can collect information such as the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the tag appears; the URL of the page on which the pixel tag appears; the time the page containing the pixel tag was viewed; the type of browser that fetched the pixel tag; and the identification number of any cookie on the computer previously placed by that server.
2.5 Physical Location. We may collect the physical location of your device by, for example, using satellite, cell phone tower, or WiFi signals. We may use your device’s physical location to provide you with location-based services and content.
Section 3 – How Rabbit Hole Pictures Uses Your Information.
3.1 To Provide Products, Services, and Information. As described above, we collect information from you so that we can provide products and services that you purchase or otherwise request using the Digital Platforms and information that you request from us. For example, we use your personal information to provide services and products to you, process payments, including credit card, debit card and bank account debit (ACH) transactions, contact you regarding promotions and other services, and other administrative information, and respond to your inquiries, comments, reviews, etc..
3.2 Marketing Emails. We may use your information to send you marketing communications that we believe may be of interest to you. You can always opt-out of receiving marketing emails by using the opt-out feature provided with the email communications or by emailing us at the email listed in Section 1.
3.3 Our Business Purposes. We may use your information for our business purposes, such as data analysis, developing new products and services, enhancing, improving or modifying our Digital Platforms, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and operating and determining what feature films our clients and users are most interested in.
3.4 Other Purposes. We may use non-personal information for other purposes, except when not permitted by applicable law.
Section 4 – How Your Information is Shared.
4.1 Our Third Party Service Providers. We may share your information with our third party service providers and agents who provide services such as website hosting, data analysis, order fulfillment, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, email delivery, text messaging, credit card or other payment processing, auditing and similar services. This information will be kept confidential by them.
4.2 Advertising and Third Party Advertisers. We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding goods and services that may be of interest to you when you access and use our Digital Platforms, based on your use of our Digital Platforms and other websites and online services on any of your devices, as well as on information received from third parties. We may share aggregate Digital Platforms usage information with third party advertisers and partners for the purpose of effectively targeting our online advertisements.

4.3 Legal Requests or Requirements and to Prevent Harm. We reserve the right to disclose your personal information and any other information collected by you as required by law or when that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the rights of a third-party, or to comply with a judicial proceeding or otherwise.
4.4 Sharing by You. If you post anything on our Digital Platforms, please note that any information you post or disclose through these services will become public information. Do not disclose your personal information.
You may ask us to remove content or information that you have posted to the Digital Platforms by writing to the email address listed in Section 1. We cannot guarantee that a third-party has not taken, used, or reposted your content and we will remove your content from our Digital Platforms within forty-eight (48) hours of your request.
4.5 Sharing with Other Services. If you choose to connect our Digital Platform to your social media account(s), we may share your information with such platform. You may revoke your consent to such sharing by changing the third-party platform’s settings.
4.6 Transfer in the Event of Sale or Change of Control. We reserve the right to transfer your information to another person or entity in the event that a more than 50% of Rabbit Hole Pictures or its assets are sold.
4.7 Other Sharing of Non-Personally Identifiable Information. We may share non-personally identifiable information with third parties unless not permitted by applicable law.
Section 5 – Access to Your Information and Opt Out.
You can access and update certain information we have relating to your online account by signing into your account and going to the member information area of our Digital Platforms.
You can opt-out of receiving marketing emails from Rabbit Hole Pictures by using the unsubscribe feature contained in the e-mails or by sending us an email to [email protected].
We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable.
Section 6 – Security of Your Information.
We try our best to use industry standard security measures designed to protect your personally identifiable information. However, no data transmission or storage system is or can be made 100% secure and you acknowledge this. If you have reason to believe that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised, please immediately notify us.
Unless you’re using an encrypted email, we strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information in your emails to us.
Section 7 – Changes to Our Privacy Policy.
If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes to the Privacy Policy so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review the Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective immediately upon being made public.

Section 8 – Additional Information If You Live in California.
Under California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), we are required to notify California residents about how we use their personal information.
Under the CCPA, “personal information” is any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California resident or household.
We collect the personal information in accordance with Section 2, above.
California residents have the right to opt-out of our sale of their personal information. by contacting us at via email at the email listed in Section 1. Please be prepared to provide proof of your residence in California.
We do not sell personal information about California residents under 16 years old without opt-in consent.
We are required to notify California residents, at or before the point of collection of their personal information, the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for which such information is used.
Verifiable Requests to Delete, and Requests to Know. Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to make the following requests, up to twice every 12 months:
- Right of Deletion: California residents have the right to request that we delete their personal information that we have collected about them, subject to certain exemptions.
- Right to Know & to Receive a Copy: California residents have the right to request a copy of the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about them in the prior 12 months and to have this information sent to you via email.
- Right to Know & Right to Information: California residents have the right to request that we provide them certain information about how we have handled their personal information in the prior 12 months.
Submitting Requests. Requests to exercise the right of deletion, right to a copy, or the right to information may be submitted by contacting us at via email at the email address listed in Section 1.
Right to Non-Discrimination. The CCPA prohibits discrimination against California residents for exercising their rights under the CCPA.
